This training is designed to assist the retail food industry in producing a more rapid, efficient, and effective response to food recalls and foodborne illness incidents. This course is specifically for managers and owners of restaurants, grocery stores and other retail food businesses.

This introductory course should provide a basic understanding about the different elements of an aquatic facility inspection. Based on the CDC Model Aquatic Health Code, this course is meant to create awareness about the different aquatic facility systems and then walk through an inspection utilizing the MAHC Aquatic Facility Inspection Report.
